Ingredients
- 4 ears sweet corn, boiled and kernels removed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 dash lime
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Melt butter and oil with garlic on low heat. If you like your garlic well cooked, let it go for five minutes.
- Add the cilantro, salt and squeeze in the lime.
- Pour the butter over the cooked kernels of corn.
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
