Spinach and Artichoke Dip


Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

1 lb artichokes, cleaned and trimmed (find the video on our blog)

10 oz steamed spinach

1 ½ cups mayonnaise

1 ½ cups parmesan cheese

1 T garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste



Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and place in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
