Seared Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
3 T olive oil
salt and pepper
Sauce
1/3 cup mayo
1/3 cup sour cream
1 T minced dill
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper
dill for garnish

Directions:
In a skillet, heat olive oil. Season fish with salt and pepper. Cook about 3-4 minutes per side until done.
Mix together the sauce ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve cold on top of hot fish.
Goes well with Lemon Garlic Roasted Asparagus.
