Tequila Sage Smash
from imbibe
Ingredients:
1/2 lemon, cut into wedges
6 fresh sage leaves
2 oz. añejo tequila
3/4 oz. honey syrup (equal parts hot water and honey)
Tools:
Shaker, muddler, strainer
Glass: Collins
Garnish: sage bouquet
Directions:
Muddle the lemon in a shaker. Add the sage and gently muddle. Add
remaining ingredients with ice and shake. Double strain into an
ice-filled glass and garnish.
