THE BEST Blueberry Crumb Cake

This recipe is from my grandmother, Dorothy. She always used to make this for us growing up. I now make it every blueberry season for the farm and everyone goes crazy for it. I hope you enjoy it as much we do here on the farm!


Ingredients:
Cake:
4 cups of flour
2 1/2 cups of sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c oil
1 cup milk
3 cups blueberries

Crumb Topping:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Mix together well all cake ingredients except blueberries.
Fold in blueberries.
Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
Mix together crumb topping ingredients.
Crumble mixture over the cake until fully covered.
Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
