Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette

Here is a great way to use your basil this week:

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend or process until finely chopped.  Refrigerate. Use over your favorite salad. Keeps fresh for about 3 weeks.
