Sauteed Kohlrabi Greens



Ingredients:
3 cups chopped kohlrabi greens
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium yellow onion, halved and sliced
2 lemons, juiced
3 T olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet. Add in the onion and cook until translucent. Add in the greens and garlic and cook until the leaves are tender. Season with lemon juice and salt and pepper. Serve warm.
