Parmesan Cilantro Corn

Ingredients:
3 T butter
4 cups fresh sweet corn(about 6 ears)
1 clove garlic
1 T lime juice
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Directions:
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add the garlic and corn, cook for 2 minutes.
Add the lime juice, cumin, and cayenne and cook for 2 minutes more. Stir in the cheese and cream.
Continue to stir to keep from sticking. Add salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes more until almost all of the cream has absorbed.
Remove from heat and stir in cilantro.
Serve hot and enjoy!
