Lemon Parmesan Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

Lemon and Parmesan Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower.

You will need:

1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
5 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1-2 lemons
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets and toss with olive oil
Spread the vegetables out onto a foiled baking sheet
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Pour freshly squeezed lemon juice onto the vegetables
Sprinkle the freshly grated parmesan on top
Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-25 min
